Sunrise Rotary Golf Tournament

For the past 20+ years, the West Sedgwick County Rotary Club Sunrise has sponsored the Sunrise Golf Tournament to aid in the funding of local and global goodwill projects are best known for the creation, fundraising, and building of the Sunrise Boundless Playscape in Sedgwick County Park.

The Sunrise Boundless Playscape allows children of all abilities to play and interact together. A portion of the proceeds from the Sunrise Rotary Golf Tournaments have helped maintain and expand areas of the Playscape, as well as provide funds necessary for its long-term maintenance.

Money from the Golf Tournament also helps support other Sunrise Rotary goodwill initiatives such as sponsorship of the Interact Club for west Sedgwick County high school students to participate in both local community and international service projects. Globally, the Sunrise Rotary has helped fund drilling water wells in India and teacher training in Panama.
